Hear me now, hear me now - we completed the 9 km on the woodway treadmills at Virgin Active reception - tunes blasting, vibes high, a few trips, and lots of mana! Thank you all for your love, support and donations!We're walking to remember our loved ones lost to suicide and to help people in crisis!
Suicide is a topic that is very deep to both of our hearts. Unfortunately, Rene and I have lost cherished loved ones to suicide. Not only is this absolutely devastating for the individual but it also leaves a deep void that fills with life lasting pain for the families, friends and communities of those taken too soon.
For World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept 10), we will be taking part in Out of the Shadows and walking for the 9 people lost to suicide every day.
We are walking to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support Aussies in need.
Please support our walk and make a donation to help those in crisis.
Together we can ensure that no one has to face their darkest moments alone.
