Here for Hendo
On the 10th of September- World Suicide Prevention Day, I will be walking 9km for the 9 Australians who die every day by suicide.
Tragically, over 3,000 Australians lose their lives to suicide every year. These people are our family, friends and loved ones. I have never really spoken publicly about this, but my family lost my older brother Josh in 2020, so this fundraiser means a great deal to us all.
You can also walk to remember a loved one, as a personal tribute for a friend or family member, or to show your support for Australians experiencing emotional distress or mental illness. Through connection, compassion and hope, we will unite to raise awareness, overcome stigma and commit to preventing further deaths by suicide.

I understand this is a tough time for many so i only ask you donate what you can afford, & for those who can’t all I ask is if you can please share this to help spread awareness and support 💙.
