Sams Story
Sam was 28 when he died by suicide, born in Tassie in 1996 his family moved to Port Macquarie when he was 9. He was a much loved larrikin who excelled at making people laugh and feel loved. Sam went on to be a builder for 10Years after school and lived for his family and friends and making them happy. His Brother Jay, Sister Madi and nephew and niece were such a special part of his life. His pleasure in life was fishing and footy. It was footy where he was victim of a brutal assault on the field and sustained unforgettable injuries which eventually lead him to suicide. Post mortem Sam was diagnosed with CTE, an incurable brain disease. RIP Sam
