Every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 will die by suicide. This is tragic!

Behind these numbers are real people, a family member, a dear friend and our loved ones whose lives are forever impacted.

For World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10, Jeff and I will once again take part in ‘Out of the Shadows’ for the third year. It’s something we want to continue doing each year in loving memory of a very dear friend💙🕊️

We hope that by keeping the conversation going, we can help create a little more kindness, compassion, understanding and hope for those who may be struggling.

We can’t change things, but we can keep talking, keep remembering and hope that by sharing, we could maybe bring a little bit of light, understanding and hope to someone who may need it🙏🏻💙🧡💛
