Walking for Quin❤️
On September 10th I am walking 9kms in memory of our precious 20 year old grandson, Quin who took his own life 9 months ago. He was a beautiful soul with a caring heart, much loved by all who knew him.
Tragically he had suffered 5 years of sexual abuse by another older boy, he was too scared to tell anyone until he 18 years old, it left him anxious and mentally scarred.
It will be World Suicide Prevention Day this week to highlight how important the work that Lifeline does for people in crisis…. Myself and some friends are walking 9 kms to represent 9 people lost to suicide every day.
Together we can ensure that no one has to face their darkest moments alone.
