I’m really struggling and where else to ask for help but lifeline. I’m so alone but I don’t know about the $39. Some of my friends get really triggered by suicide awareness month. Myself included. I am terrified of losing another friend. I am anxious and I am worried. I am also feeling unwell. I will get off my phone and try listen to music and maybe shut my eyes for a bit. I don’t need the money I just need the phone and it’s really heavy right now. Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide.
Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis each year.
Suicide has devastating impact on friends and loved ones.
For World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept 10), we will be taking part in Out of the Shadows and walking for the 9 people lost to suicide every day.
We are walking to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support Aussies in need.
