I'm walking for my sister Lara

This year, on the 10th of September, being Lara's 21st birthday and World Suicide Prevention Day, I will walk 9kms to commemorate her and honour the 9 Australians who lose their lives to suicide every day.

I will do this walk to remember her and the connection we had, to reflect on my own mental health journey, and to remind myself that there are always better days to come, so long as you can stick around to see them.
