I'm walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people in crisis

And back at it again this year, I have decided to kick it off with the 63km walk over 7 days 💪
A charity that is close to my heart, Depression effects everyone in some compacity over their lifetime, as the saying goes its ok not to be ok and use your voice, its very easy to say but harder to gather to courage to seek help yourself! On 10 September, I'll be stepping Out of the Shadows.

I'll be walking 63 kilometres for suicide prevention—not because the distance is easy, but because every life is worth fighting for.

I'll be walking for the people we've lost far too soon.
For the families whose hearts carry a grief that never truly fades.
For those who wake up every day fighting battles no one else can see.
And for every person who feels like giving up.
This walk is about more than the kilometres. It's about hope. It's about breaking the silence. It's about reminding people that they are never alone, even when it feels that way.
It's okay to not be okay. You don't have to carry the weight of the world on your own.
Make the call. Send the message. Knock on the door. Ask for help.
There is no shame in reaching out, and there is no weakness in reaching out, If you're worried about someone, don't wait. Check in on them. Have the conversation. Let them know they matter. One conversation could save a life. On 10 September, I'll take every step with purpose, remembering those we've lost, standing beside those still fighting, and hoping to inspire even one person to choose tomorrow.
