I'm walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people in crisis
Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide.
Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis each year.
Suicide has devastating impact on friends and loved ones.
For World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept 10), I will be taking part in Out of the Shadows and walking for the 9 people lost to suicide every day.
I'm walking to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support for Australians in need.

Good on you ky 👍. Always think of Blake especially this time of year with football finals coming up. He was part of the crew that took out the Grandfinal in the ressies with us. Me and Phil if I remember correctly missed out on selection for it we had both played and trained the whole year even when we were short numbers. Main part of the story though Blake saw how devastated we were that we couldn’t play in the Grandfinal and gave us his medal that’s just the type of guy he was bit rough around the edges and a Larikan but a heart of gold that cared for his mates and others.
