ABOUT OUR WALK

Join Lifeline North Coast on Thursday 10 September as we come together for the Out of the Shadows Walk in recognition of World Suicide Prevention Day.

This community event is an opportunity to walk together in remembrance of people who have died by suicide, acknowledge those impacted, and stand alongside our community to promote connection, hope and support.

Whether you are walking in memory of someone you have lost, honouring a loved one, supporting someone close to you, or simply showing that conversations about mental health and suicide prevention matter, everyone is welcome.
Starting at the Jetty Foreshores, just behind the Yacht Club, we will come together for a morning of reflection, connection, and community. Following the walk, participants are invited to stay and enjoy a community BBQ breakfast, live music, guest speakers and partner stalls.

This is a free community event and everyone is welcome. If you would like to support Lifeline North Coast’s ongoing crisis support and suicide prevention services, you can choose to fundraise through this page.
