Join Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli on World Suicide Prevention Day for the Out of the Shadows Walk.

This community walk is an opportunity to remember those we have lost to suicide, acknowledge the impact of suicide in our community, and stand alongside those who have been affected.

Beginning at Queenscliff and following the coastline to Shelly Beach, we will come together for a morning of reflection, connection and hope.

You may be walking in memory of a loved one, in support of someone close to you, or simply to show that conversations about suicide, mental health and seeking support matter. Whatever your reason for joining us, you are warmly welcome.

Meeting Point: Manly Lagoon Reserve, Queenscliff (near the playground)
Time: 6:45am-8:30am

We recognise that this event may bring up difficult emotions. Counsellors and Crisis Supporters from Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli will be available throughout the morning for anyone who would like support or someone to talk to.
