I'm walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people feel heard, seen, valued and less alone!

Mental health will always hold a very special place in my heart! ❤️

I’ve experienced my own mental health challenges, and I’ve also known the heartbreak of losing someone extremely close to me. Those experiences have shaped me in ways I will carry with me forever.

That’s why supporting Lifeline means so much to me.

A donation can help someone feel heard when they feel like no one is listening.

Seen when they feel invisible.

Valued when they’ve forgotten their worth.

And, most importantly, remind someone that they are not alone!

For me, this is about more than raising money. It’s about honouring someone I love, honouring the challenges I’ve faced, and turning some of that pain into something that could help another person keep going.
