Walking in Memory, Walking for Hope

This September, I’m taking part in Lifeline’s Out of the Shadows Walk for World Suicide Prevention Day — a cause that means a lot to me.

Every year, more than 3,000 Australians lose their lives to suicide, and behind every number is a person, their family, their friends and a community who feels that loss.

I’m walking to remember those we’ve lost, support those who may be struggling, and raise funds for Lifeline so they can continue being there for people when they need it most.

I've raised $107 so far to answer 2 calls for Lifeline's crisis support hotline to connect and bring hope to people in crisis.
