I'm walking to remember those lost to suicide.

Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide.

In April 2025, I lost my best friend Argyna to mental health. The impacts of suicide are unending and emotionally impossible to come to terms with.

Help is always available and suicide is never the answer. Please speak to someone if you are struggling with your mental health. You are not alone. People love and care about you.

My impact so far

I've raised $44 so far to answer 1 call for Lifeline's crisis support hotline to connect and bring hope to people in crisis.
