I'm walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people in crisis
I’ve lived with mental illness for more than 10 years, and I know firsthand how important it is to have somewhere to turn in the moments when things feel impossible.
This year, I’m walking in Lifeline’s Out of the Shadows Walk to remember the lives lost to suicide, stand alongside those who are still struggling, and raise funds so that no one has to face their darkest moments alone.
I’m incredibly grateful to still be here, and proud to be walking for those who aren’t 🤍
