We’re walking to support those impacted by mental health challenges and to remember those we’ve lost.

At Slalom, supporting the health and wellbeing of our people is important to us. That’s why throughout September Wellness Month, we’re creating opportunities to connect, move, check in with one another and focus on our wellbeing.

Every year, more than 65,000 Australians attempt suicide, and more than 3,000 Australians die by suicide. Lifeline also receives more than one million contacts from people in crisis each year.

To recognise World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September, we’ll be taking part in Lifeline’s Out of the Shadows walk.

We’ll be walking to remember those we’ve lost, support those impacted by mental health challenges, and raise funds for Lifeline’s crisis support and suicide prevention services.

If you’re able to, we’d love your support through a donation or by joining us on the walk.

And as always, if you or someone close to you needs a little extra support, Slalom’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to provide confidential support.

Make an impact

Just $39 will enable Lifeline to answer a call to connect and bring hope to 1 person in crisis.

With your support, we can ensure that no person has to face their darkest moments alone.
