I'm walking to help people in crisis know they are not alone.

Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide.

Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis each year.

For World Suicide Prevention Day (10 September), I'm taking part in the Out of the Shadows Week Walk to raise funds for Lifeline's suicide prevention and crisis support services.

Every day, 9 Australians lose their lives to suicide. These aren't just statistics. They are family members, friends, colleagues, and loved ones whose loss is felt deeply by those around them.

By supporting, we can help ensure more people have access to the support they need when they're struggling.
