We're walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people in crisis

We are walking together for this cause very close to our hearts.

Every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide. For many of us, we have been impacted by suicide in one way or another.

For World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept 10), we will be taking part in Lifeline’s Out of the Shadows, walking for the 9 people lost to suicide every day.

We will be walking for those we’ve lost, those we love and for ourselves.

We will be meeting on Sunday 27 September outside True Brew (7 Goshawk Way) at 10am. From there we will stroll along the Whitewater track together. All welcome. Pram/wheelchair friendly.

We are walking to raise funds directly for Lifeline Tasmania to provide suicide prevention services that support people in their time of need.

We’d love to see you there, or you may wish to make a donation instead.

Together we can help to bring suicide out of the shadows.

Our impact so far

We've raised $89 so far to answer 2 calls for Lifeline's crisis support hotline to connect and bring hope to people in crisis.

With your support, we can ensure that no person has to face their darkest moments alone.
