Brave Hearts for Paul – Out of the Shadows

This year, we are walking in Lifeline’s Out of the Shadows in memory of our beautiful dad, Paul. We lost him to suicide, and not a day goes by that we don’t carry him with us.

Our team, Brave Hearts for Paul, walks to honour his memory, to stand up to the stigma around mental health, and to bring light to conversations that matter.

Struggling shouldn’t come with shame. We all carry battles, and no one should ever feel alone or silenced in their pain.
