We're walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people in crisis
Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide.
Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis each year.
Suicide has devastating impact on friends and loved ones.
For World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept 10), we will be taking part in Out of the Shadows and walking for the 9 people lost to suicide every day.
We are walking to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support Aussies in need.
Please support our walk and make a donation to help those in crisis.
Together we can ensure that no one has to face their darkest moments alone.
Our impact so far
We've raised $2,734 so far to answer 70 calls for Lifeline's crisis support hotline to connect and bring hope to people in crisis.
With your support, we can ensure that no person has to face their darkest moments alone.

On World Suicide Prevention Day, we stand in solidarity with all those affected by suicide and mental health challenges. At Capability Resources, we believe that no one should face their darkest moments alone. We are proud to support Lifeline and the Out of the Shadows walk, honouring the lives lost and helping to shine a light on the path to hope and healing. Our donation is a small step toward a future where every Australian has access to the support they need — when they need it most. Together, we can make a difference. Together, we walk.

I’m sorry I can’t be there Kat, I really am. I think it’s wonderful that you’ve led the way in raising money for this cause, which has touched every single one of us. It’s a cruel disease that is often overlooked and it makes me proud of everyone, especially you, knowing that we care and we will help with more than words.
