Five and a half years ago, my siblings and I lost our dad to suicide. Since then, we’ve each faced our own struggles with mental health and the constant questions of ‘what if.’ Dad was cheeky, a little rebellious, and always loved being surrounded by family. We’re walking in his memory to honour his spirit and raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention
