I'm walking to remember the ones I've lost and support the people I love

Some losses change the shape of you forever. I was 13 when I lost my uncle, and 17 when I lost my friend. These weren't just goodbyes, they were fractures in my heart that will never fully heal.

I know how heavy it is to keep going when you feel like you can't, and that's why I'm walking.

For them, the memories, the laughter and the love they gave me. For my beautiful friends and family who are quietly fighting on their own, I'm walking to tell you, you are not a burden, you are not too much, and you are not alone.

I walk with half a heart, but I walk with all my love.
