I'm walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people in crisis

In 2024, I lost my beautiful sister to suicide. Losing someone you love in this way is a pain that changes you forever, and not a day goes by that I don’t think of her. This year, I’ll be taking part in the Out of the Shadows Walk in her memory. Every step I take is for her, for the life she lived, and for every family who has experienced the heartbreak of losing someone to suicide. I’m raising funds for Lifeline so they can continue providing crisis support and suicide prevention services to Australians who need them most. If this fundraiser helps even one person reach out for support, or one family is spared the grief that ours has experienced, then every step is worthwhile.
