I'm walking to remember my loved ones and others in crisis
Mental health awareness and suicide prevention is something that I hold personally close to my heart, and that's why I want to do my part by helping to fundraise for vital services that provide a lifeline to those in need. I will be walking 62km, to raise money for this cause. Reaching out isn't always easy, and those who seek support should be able to immediately access the services to do so. To help achieve my goals, I'd appreciate anything you can give to help me raise money for life-line and this extremely worthwhile cause xx

Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide.
Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis each year.
Suicide has devastating impact on friends and loved ones.
For World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept 10), I will be taking part in Out of the Shadows and walking for the 9 people lost to suicide every day.
I'm walking to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support for Australians in need.
