My Walk

My Progress

My Target
600km
I’m walking to remember, and to help those still fighting.
Every year, more than 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life, and over 3,000 die by suicide. That is nine lives lost every single day. Behind each number are families grieving, friends searching for answers, and communities changed forever. Lifeline receives over one million calls for help each year, a sign of just how many people are reaching out in their darkest moments.
As an avid walker, I know the rhythm of footsteps can be grounding, healing, and powerful. This year, I will be walking 600 kilometres over thirty days for World Suicide Prevention Day, taking part in Out of the Shadows. Each kilometre is for those we have lost, for the families left behind, and for the people who still need someone to answer their call.
I am walking not only to raise funds for Lifeline, but to carry a message of hope. With your support, together we can ensure no one has to face their darkest moments alone.
