Hi All

As most of my friends and family know I have lost 4 friends in my life already to suicide. They left behind beautiful children, great jobs and wonderful families.

Mental health does not discriminate, chances are someone you spoke to this week has had thoughts or feelings of taking their life at some point.

I am doing this to remember my friends, Travis, his sister Cint, Robyn and Jaz. I also want to remember the other losses that were felt when the world lost some of the greatest entertainers of all time, Chester Bennington, Robyn Williams, Chris Cornell, Kurt Cobain, Twitch, Keith Flint just to name a few. We all fight this illness in one way or another, please donate to the walk, or join my team and walk with me :)

Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide.

Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis each year.

Suicide has devastating impact on friends and loved ones.

On World Suicide Prevention Day, I will be taking part in Out of the Shadows and walking for the 9 people lost to suicide every day.

I'm walking to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support for Australians in need.
