Lifeline Out Of The Shadows Walk For Suicide Prevention — September
Every step we take together is a step for someone who's still finding their way out of the dark.
This September, Lifelines is calling on our community — whether you're lacing up in the Central West or crossing Sydney Harbour — to Manly, walk Out of the Shadows and into the light, for every person who's ever felt alone in their struggle.
Choose your challenge:
Gulgong to Small Batch Brewery — 21km
A country walk down back roads the long straight of Henry Lawson and after a hill climb up St Fillans drop into the valley of cold beers and the welcome is warm, Small Batch Brewery. 15th August 9am
Mudgee to Small Batch Brewery — 19km
Beautiful walk past winery's, and farms with views to boot with a well-earned beer and ciders waiting at the end, at Small Batch Brewery @29th August 9am
Sydney Harbour Bridge to Manly — 40km — THE BIG ONE
Our challenge. Cross the iconic Bridge, wind along the harbour, and finish on the sand at Manly. Not for the faint-hearted — but neither is asking for help, and that's exactly what this walk stands for.
Whichever distance you choose, you're not just walking — you're standing up for mental health, for connection, and for everyone who needs to know they're not walking alone.
Register today. Donate if possible. Walk for someone. Walk for yourself. Not one of us is alone.
