I am taking part in Out of the Shadows and walking 9km for the 9 Australians lost to suicide every day.
Sadly, over 3,000 Australians lose their lives to suicide every year. These people are our family, friends and loved ones.
My goal is to raise funds to support Lifeline's suicide prevention services to save lives.
