We're walking in memory of loved ones lost to suicide.

Tragically, last year I lost my Mate and Uncle to suicide. 

Suicide has a devastating impact on their families and all those around them. The pain is deep & the grief is tangled in questions and what if's, along with the heartache that comes from losing people that you love.

Lifeline Australia, aim to provide the crucial moments of connection that could bring hope and support in those times of crisis. Anyone experiencing devastation, pain, contemplating suicide or caring for someone in crisis can contact Lifeline. We owe it to those suffering to do better, too many people we know carry this invisible pain every single day and are hurting in silence!

For World Suicide Prevention Day, Ris and I will be taking part again in 'Out of the Shadows'. Anyone can join or sponsor us.
