TODAY, we walk!

Blue is not my color but today it is! Today is THE DAY! We have just set off and will be walking 9kms representing the 9 Australians that die by suicide every day.
Lifeline is an important resource for regional and remote communities going through a hard time- with huge waitlists in our areas for help, crisis support is vital .
If you are struggling or going through a hard time, please reach out for support - you matter, and things can get better… you just have to give them a chance… yes it can be work and you might be exhausted - but you are worth it! 131 114.
If you would like to contribute to this cause, today is the last day to donate to our walk - thank you so much to everyone who has supported lifeline! Together we have raised $2385 so far!
Today is suicide prevention day and tomorrow is R U OK? Day, please check in with your mates!
You're all legends x
My inbox is open anytime you need to chat xx

The count down is on!

Next week is the big day!

I have put the goal back to supporting 52 calls = 1 call a week to lifeline and we hit it!... we went over in fact - to 61 at this stage!

Thanks so much to everyone who has contributed... You are a bunch of legends xx

All my love x

We hit the goal in 24 hours... SO SHE'S GOING UP!

Hey Team,

In the first 24 hours the most incredible people who donated already helped us smash the first goal of $1170 and supporting 30 calls to lifeline.

So today, I sat here and had a think, and thought wouldn't it be incredible if we could raise the bar - to be able to support a call to lifeline every day of the year?...

That's $14,235.

It's a huge goal jump, but I figure even if we got to $2028 - that's still a person a week we've helped.

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated already... I am so inspired by you all - keep on shining and being the incredible human you are, the world needs more of you xx

God Bless xx

I'm walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people in crisis

*trigger warning*
Back in 2017, I remember a night where I was on the floor of my loungeroom — alone, in the dark, so distraught I could barely breathe.
I was ripping my hair out in pain, not knowing how to keep going. I couldn’t see a way forward. I couldn’t see how life would ever get better from where I was.
Just after midnight, I sat there in the silence and made the quietest, heaviest decision of my life: I was going to end it, and I had a plan.
Previous to this, since I was about 13 years old, my brain would convince me things wouldn't get better, that I was a burden and that most would be better off without me.
I can’t remember exactly what shifted my thinking that night.
I think all those years of promoting Mentally Fit EP on my morning radio show started to echo back — Maybe help really was available.
I am ashamed to say but I am not one to burden the people I love and care about in moments where I'm at rock bottom, which I know is probably the time you need to draw on them most... however, I'm prone to withdraw at my lowest points.
Maybe it was God... But something in me whispered: "Just try it...”
I called Lifeline. That call saved my life.
Since that night, I've rebuilt a life full of meaning — helping others through the many forms of work I do, writing music, and slowly learning how to live with softness again.
I'm still here. And if you're reading this and feel like you can't be... I need you to know you're not alone.
Please, reach out. The pain is real — but so is the help.
I'm walking to remember those lost to suicide and help people in crisis
Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by suicide.
Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis each year.
Suicide has devastating impact on friends and loved ones.
For World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept 10), I will be taking part in Out of the Shadows and walking for the 9 people lost to suicide every day.
I'm walking to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support for Australians in need. My goal is $1170, which may assist 30 Australian lives in their darkest hour.
Please support my walk and sponsor me to help those in crisis.
Together, we can ensure that no one has to face their darkest moments alone.

My impact so far

I've raised $2,385 so far to answer 61 calls for Lifeline's crisis support hotline to connect and bring hope to people in crisis.

With your support, we can ensure that no person has to face their darkest moments alone.

Thank you for raising awareness. Hopefully there will be a day when we can all talk openly about our struggles without fear of judgement.
