My Challenge

My Progress

My Target
27km
I’m walking for Jamie, for Bec, for myself, my friends, my clients, and for anyone who has ever felt hopeless or lost.
I’m walking to honour two beautiful friends I’ve lost to suicide Jamie Lee Hilgers❤ and Rebecca  Herft💛.
Both so talented, loving, unforgettable,  their light will always stay with me. ✨
Every day in Australia, 9 people die by suicide. Behind every number is a story, a family, and friends left carrying the ache of loss.
Your mental health matters. You don’t have to suffer in silence.Â
I know this because I’m struggling too. Living with depression while trying to show up in my job. Supporting friends who’ve battled with suicide attempts. Guiding clients who use exercise to cope with their mental health. And recently, I’ve finally taken steps to get help myself.
That’s why I’m walking Out of the Shadows on World Suicide Prevention Day,  for Jamie, for Bec, for my friends, my clients, and for anyone who has ever felt hopeless or lost.
✨I invite you to join my team, walk for yourself, for a loved one, or for those who can’t. Together, let’s make a stand so people feel seen, heard, and reminded: it’s okay to not be okay. 💛❤️
Please support by walking with us or donating if you can. Together, step by step, we can bring light into the shadows.
My impact so far
I've raised $98 so far to answer 2 calls for Lifeline's crisis support hotline to connect and bring hope to people in crisis.
With your support, we can ensure that no person has to face their darkest moments alone.
