I'm walking to remember my loved ones lost to suicide and to raise money to help people in crisis

Starting on world suicide prevention day the 10th of September I will be taking part in the out of the shadows walk over the span of a week I’ll be walking 63km to honour the 63 lives lost to suicide every week in Australia.

This cause is deeply personal to me, and every step is a reminder that we must do better to support those who are struggling. Too many people in crisis are being failed by the mental health system. They are neglected, left without support, and forced to face their darkest moments alone.
