As we always said, anything that may possibly bring a little hope or desperate support to someone hurting or in crisis is all we hope to ever achieve, you never know what someone is dealing wiht, check in and reach out.

We're walking in memory of loved ones lost to suicide.

Suicide has such a devastating impact on their families and all those around them. The pain is deep & the grief is tangled in questions and what if's, along with the heartache that comes from losing people that you love.

Lifeline Australia, aim to provide the crucial moments of connection that could bring hope and support in those times of crisis. Anyone experiencing devastation, pain, contemplating suicide or caring for someone in crisis can contact Lifeline. Too many people carry this invisible pain every single day of their lives and are hurting in silence!

This World Suicide Prevention Day, Jeff and I will be taking part again in 'Out of the Shadows' in honour of our loved ones.
